All incidents accompanied by modulated siren-like sounds (“wee-you/wee-you”), resembling American police car sirens but “much quicker and more harmonious.” SOBEPS systematically eliminated police/gendarmerie sirens as the source (no vehicles deployed, no missions during those hours).
