The final issue of the Bulletin's first decade, eighteen pages. Its lead story is the CIA's release of roughly 900 UFO files, forced by Ground Saucer Watch's Freedom of Information lawsuit, from which Doug McCann's editorial drew the claim that the 1952 Robertson Panel had been a CIA creation rather than an Air Force one. The issue also began serialising Bruce Maccabee's technical report on the New Zealand Kaikoura film and the Betty Andreasson abduction case.
