Second chairman of the Gesellschaft zur Erforschung des UFO-Phänomens since 2008. Day job leads the Data Integration Centre at Jena University Hospital. Authored the 2011 cross-organisational scientific UFO research principles adopted across German UAP research bodies. Spoke on the German experience of data-management standards and what an EU-wide framework could borrow from the GEP model.
