Sociocultural anthropologist with a UC Berkeley PhD who has held research positions at the Collège de France, McGill University, and Bauhaus University Weimar. Co-founded the Sol Foundation in August 2023 with Stanford immunologist Garry Nolan. Develops the policy and governance recommendations the Sol Foundation publishes for a "whole of society" approach to the UAP question.
