Dr. Colm A. Kelleher is an Irish-American biochemist. Deputy Administrator of NIDS (the National Institute for Discovery Science) from 1996 and subsequently of Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies during the 2008 to 2010 AAWSAP contract with the DIA.

He is one of the three principals of the AAWSAP-era institutional UAP investigation, co-author with George Knapp and James Lacatski of Hunt for the Skinwalker (2005), Skinwalkers at the Pentagon (2021), and Inside the US Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations (2023).
