November-December 1969
The final issue of 1969 arrived just weeks before Project Blue Book officially closed on 17 December. APRO's case files told a different story from the Air Force's: a nurse at Nanaimo General Hospital in British Columbia witnessed a structured craft with visible occupants, and reports from across the hemisphere continued to accumulate in the organisation's files.

She said it was slightly tipped toward her, about 50 feet from the window and approximately 60 feet above the ground.
